Kaise Pimples (Muhase) Ko Hone se Roke?

1. Aapne Chahere Ko din me do bar dhoye 

Ye bahut hi important he agar aap pimples se bachna chahate he to,  aapne chahere ko ekdam clean and fresh rakhe, Agar aapka face bahut oily he or aapka face me kalapan pad jata he to aap kausis kare din me 3 bar apne chahera ko dhone ki, shuba, dupher or raat ko sone se pahale, Apne chahere ko koi harbal soap ya face wash se halke garam pani se dhoye, isse aapke chahere ki jitne bhi oil or mael (dirt) hai sab nikal jayenge, fir aap apne chahere ko fresh feel karenge. 2. Chahere ko Moisturize Kare

Pimple hatane ke tarike hindi me Chahere ko dhone ke bad, Usko Moisturize karna na bhule koi acha right Moisture cream use kare, Skin ko kabhi dry na chore kyuki dry chorne se chahere pe jhurriya sa pad jata he, or daily Moisturize cream use karne se skin komal or sundar ho jata he.

10. Jada se Jada Paani Piye
